(Haven't watched yet) — Are we perhaps getting Young, Dumb, Stupid as well? ♡

Letícia

Hate to be that person that spams two comments in a row but you HAVE to watch their stage pratice — they sing and dance live with little backtrack just like ITZY and TRI.BE do! So glad we finally got one from them and honestly I wish they'd done this sooner. I'm so glad this comeback, although way more safe, got to really show off their outstanding vocal skills (which in my opinion might just be the best in 4th gen ggs, but they were always underestimated/overshadowed because of their songs not being everyone's cup of tea :/)

Oligom

The member whose name you asked for is Bae (real name Bae JinSol), position according to kprofiles is vocal and dancer, but personally i think she's part of the comedian line too, with Haewon.

Oligom

this is also something i second. the stage practice was really good!!

HarveyLuv

Also since you loved the choreo pls pls pleaseeeeee watch their stage practice!! Along with some live stages if you have the time! They are showing off their live vocals so much this era!!

Cam

Can’t wait for your reaction to the other MV for “Young, Dumb, and Stupid” it is a very interesting song imo, still love it though

Bennime

There is so much good Nmixx content out there, I hope we can check out a little bit more than just the listening party for the album. <3 Like the Mujin service for Lily and Haewon.

Erielle

Hey PD! I hope that you get to check out their highlight medley before/after the listening party because they're just wild

I feel like with O.O and Dice, JYPE knew where they wanted to take NMIXX but they weren't sure how to execute it properly. Don't get me wrong, I loved O.O and Dice later on but both of those songs, mvs, etc felt very rough around the edges while Love Me Like This is a lot more polished and the execution was flawless. As someone who has been rooting for them since their JYPn content, I'm so happy to finally see their vocals being fully utilised in a title track. And I agree with the comparison with Stray Kids. I think their experimental nature and talent is what drew me to NMIXX the most considering I'm a huge Stay. I loved this comeback so much that I even ended up buying ALL the versions of the album plus a few extras too 😭

Well, it's better than 'o.o', but since that is the absolute worst song for me, that's not saying much still not great, hate the chorus

The MV is weird because it's not how it was originally designed. If you look carefully, whenever they are all on screen, they are on an empty set, with either the white or shadowy background, and their hairstyles are completely different. They already made the MV months ago... then Jinni left in December, and they had to re-shoot any shot she was in, on a shoestring budget. It still ended up awesome. It also may or may not be the reason for why the MV is more dance-oriented: there is nothing else to see but them -- not that I mind, they are great dancers :D.

Paulina Barzola

not my favorite mv but the song is definitely their best one

You should also watch their Stage Practise video

8:22 that's Kyujin! She's the main dancer, lead rapper & lead singer! There's no official positions but she kind of does mostly everything lol! 8:57 that's Bae PD! She's the weakest vocally in NMIXX, but still really good singer. She has a more unique voice. She tends to sing more stylistically and she's the backbone of many harmonies, especially the ones in lower keys.

Lachlan Cromwell

Bae also really shows how good she is in the b-side from their last single, COOL, which has it's own video. You should check it out, it's a great song!

Letícia

++ Bae is responsible for most adlibs in O.O! Which I super admired that she still did all of them live during promotions

jiminycricket

This song gives me the mix of Boss by Fifth Harmony and Like This by Wonder girls. I love that the song is just fun and big fan of their live stages for this song.

Woowawo

I love this song too. Definitely my favorite title track so far. The stage practice is sooo good for this.

billie27

Bae is the weakest vocally ? I thought she was at least better than kyujin and jiwoo

Rondel Charles T. Hallare

I’ve loved seeing your love for Nmixx grow since debut! They seriously killed this vibe and continue to show us their array of colours. I hope you’ll react to young dumb stupid mv your fave the main rapper jiwoo totally ate it up!

채채즈

If what you mean is for PD to check out COOL, they already did on the listening party. But if the video then yeah they should.

Terence Tan

Does this reminds anyone bout Wonder Girls "Like This" mv??

Letícia

When I first listened to this song I was honestly disappointed that they didn't go for their usual "crazy mix-up that leaves everyone confused" route since I love both Dice and O.O and this song felt very safe, as if another edgy girl group could've easily released it.. it didn't feel unique. But at the same time, I'm 1000% sure I would not have kept coming back to it if it were any other group that released it. Sure, it might be ""safe"" considering their past title track's reputation but their unique vocal colors and rapping tones is what elevates the song from good to great As someone who strongly believes they're one of (if not the most) talented 4th gen k-pop gg on the scene, and who has been supporting them since debut, it genuinely really hurt seeing people downplay the entire group just because the music they put out was way too "different" and "weird". I'm glad this comeback has highlighted their strengths and finally given talent a full chance to shine. And the fact that they're stable live too.. they're outstanding!

sel

I agree with this. I liked it from the beginning, but what truly makes NMIXX music special are the vocals! They're just insane.

Can you please react to their song : Young, Dumb, stupid
