GTA IV B.P. updated for the new Complete Edition update (Patreon)

Updated to work with the latest Steam update, which combines the original game with Episodes from Liberty City, renaming the game to: GTA IV - Complete Edition.

Also, a new mod with better pedestrians have been added as well.
