Last year's AEW Continental Classic reviews were so much fun we decided to bring them back!

We are effectively halfway through the new C2 and thing are quickly shaping up. It's anybody's ballgame over in the Gold League, but in the Blue League, Kyle Fletcher is absolutely running away with it.

We will break down everything that has happened so far, detail what will be necessary for each competitor to win the field, and make our predictions for how this whole thing will shake out.

Along the way, we'll do MATH.

And we'll also talk about everything that happened on Collision last night while Kate & I were watching NXT Deadline.

Apparently they're building a Takeshita vs Will Hobbs feud?
WHY WASN'T I IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED????

Everything sucks. (At least, my Google Alerts suck.)
Let's talk about it.

Takeshita/nHobbs def a small piece of joy in an otherwise cold, cruel world

They should have had a brand new field for this year's C2, and no champions should have been involved.

The C2 returning is bittersweet because is means that other things take a step back while it's going on, and we're seeing that with the tag titles (no feuds for Private Party), the trios titles (Claudio is in the tournament and the titles aren't being defended), the TNT title (Garcia is in the tournament and not defending the title), and the women's division (it's even less time for them than usual).

a lot of bad takes on this episode. don't worry so much about what you think character arcs should be, it's just a tv show.

also did you forget the 1st and 2nd place go to worlds end in the c2?
