You should clarify that only the $20 annual tier gets the Johnny Test comic, because the way you have worded it here heavily implies that all annual memberships will get the JT MG comic.

Is there any other way to get the johnny test comic? I indeed thought all annual memberships would get it, sadly i don’t have the money for the annual 20$ memberships, but i would still like to see that one

Your advertisement on Twitter was not clear, which is where I learned about the offer. This is also not the first time that your reward tier system was unclear and could have multiple interpretations. This has happened to me at least 3 other times, where your wording and sentence structure (and line breaks) made it difficult to interpret what someone would get in each tier. Also I am aware of at least 5 other people who were confused by what you were offering and also believed that all annual tier levels would get the JT comic. So while you think you are being clear, it was not clear to quite a few people.
