Oh... I'm not sure I'm emotionally ready to watch this episode again. I've been haunted by it since 2016 😭

Ok, comfort food, beverage and blanket ready. **clicks start**

Such a gut punch. He may not have been one of the main characters but Hodor's death hit me the hardest

John Conti

You guys got the whole time paradox which is so refreshing to see.So many blamed Bran for Warging into Hodor at that time.

2024-12-15 04:11:44 Talking about the intro, after 8 million times watching, it took someone else to point out to me that in Winterfell, you can see the Stark Direwolf Sigil broken in half on the ground 🥲

2024-12-15 04:11:44 Hodor’s death was heartbreaking… and Summer, and all of the Children of the Forest being wiped out… and the time travel paradox and the origins of “Hodor”…. So much to even try to wrap one’s mind around! Also, and you can only really pick this up if the captions are on and show what’s being said in the background, where the Raven and Bran went to was the point in time when young Ned Stark (the little boy) was sent off to the Vale, where he would meet a new friend, Robert Baratheon. And we got to see Ned’s dad and older brother who would later be murdered by the Mad King. That contrasted with this utter farce of a play of how things went down in Kings Landing after Robert died was a really interesting contrast. Also pretty crazy how the high priestess of the Lord of Light knew exactly what happened to Varys including what the mysterious voice whispered! Amazing episode!
