So you see this is what I told you a couple of months ago if you remember. Sannes (the guy who Hange and Levi tortured at season 3) was right when he said that "someone will surely feel our shoes" and that " the cycle will begin anew" because now we see hange at the same role as Sannes lying to the people refusing to give answers to the Press about the situation and keeping things secret from them. It doesn't matter if hange is right or not the fact remains the same, she kept things secret from the people which created distrust and hatred towards the government not only from the people but from the army as well, the same government that was created trying to do the exact opposite the previous government did and now just like in season 3 we have a group The "Jeagerists" setting up a revolution trying to take back the government by killing. Sannes was right on the money, everything repeats no matter what we do, it is inevitable. The government is right for not trusting Eren and wanting to replace him but the people are also right because Eren literally fought against the people that hate them so it makes sense why imprisoning him is unfair to them because Eren is believed to be the one that will lead the Eldian Empire to victory so conflict between the government and the people arose. And Pyxis was right, with the yeagerists having infiltrated the army and the distrust of the people there's no point in fighting, so trying to negotiate is the best option they have without a civil war breaking out. Another beautiful example of AOT connecting everything. From this point on is the true attack on Titan.
