Update 31 (Patreon)

Hello everyone,

in this update is added Germany, Micronesia, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna Islands+ and updated versions of OFC Champions League with all nations.

• Germany - added 4th and 5th level, added 22 regional cups (winner of each one plays in next season DFB-Pokal), corrected prize money and TV money in leagues, corrected prize money in DFB-Pokal, there is a promotion playoff between divisions North/Northeast/Bavaria, once a 3 years one of the division have promotion and two other play playoff (2023/24: team from Northeast promoted, winners of Bavaria/North play promotion playoff, 2024/25: team from Bavaria promoted, winners of Northeast/North play promotion playoff, 2025/26: team from North promoted, winners of Northeast/Bavaria play promotion playoff and repeat from the start)

• Micronesia - added is first level, changed kits for some teams that had none

• Solomon Islands - added first level, here it is little bit special, league don't have relegation and teams registred for league to multiple years, if they don't get licence for some reason other teams can replace them, right now teams are set for seasons 2023-2025, in game to somehow simulate, it it's done that game will take average results from those 3 years and worst 2 teams in year 3 are relegated (so no relegation in 2023 and 2024 but in 2025 2 relegation spots for worst 2 teams in those 3 seasons)

• Tonga - added first level, changed kits for teams, added some more information to some teams

• Vanuatu - added first level which is divided first in 8 different regional leagues, added youth league, added Port Vila Cup, added kits for some teams that had none

• Wallis & Futuna+ - added teams that in past played some tournament, added first level league, added youth league, added cities/stadiums

• OFC Champions league for all nations - updated are finances where I think it was too low

The regional cups in Germany has same formats and schedules like in 2023/24, I couldn't use any extinct competition to create third level of youth leagues so I will make it in plus version which will be in Update 32. Another thing was that there were some problems with the regional cups that they didn't work properly so I had to spent some time to figure out where is the problem that's why the youth leagues are moved to Update 32.
