Update 42 (Patreon)

Hello everyone,

in this update is added Scotland and Slovenia+.

• Scotland - added level 5-6, added league/regional cups for level 5/6, corrected youth leagues so new teams can join, corrected reserve league

• Slovenia+ - added level 4-6, added missing cities, stadiums, clubs, added additional youth league, added some league history to level 4/5

There is a lots of cups in Scotland and it is kind of difficult to make like in reality because lots of them is based on what kind of licences they have, so it's little bit simplified in this way.

In Slovenia+ we have full football pyramid, so you can take team from lovest level in Slovenia to the top.
