The FINAL character of "One Fish, Two Fish, Blowfish, Blue Fish" is the man that Homer kisses between Moe and Barney, who comments "you'd better be dying", because it's 1991 and this man is not comfortable enough with his masculinity to accept another man showing affection towards him.

Logic dictates this is in fact the same gentleman sat beside Barney in a previous shot:

But they look so different to me that I am counting them separately! And that's OFFICIAL. I'm very lucky that I have a job where this is the most important decision I had to make this week. I'd crumble if I had any actual important responsibilities.
