0253 - Congressman (Patreon)

The last two guys were hard to pin down: this guy is IMPOSSIBLE.

It doesn't help that we don't get a full shot of his hair (let's face it, that's the main thing I've been going off to identify them). My best guess is that he's Roger Sherman:

Look at those lifeless eyes, black eyes, like a doll's eyes. The sort of eyes only a congressman could have. I hope he found some joy playing in the snow in...er...a ten year old's imagination.
