Quick Announcement 8/30/19 (Patreon)

So, there's Hurricane Dorian aiming directly at Florida. It looks like it might weaken and pose no threat to where I live, but I wanted everyone to be aware of the threat of the storm. It is set to make landfall over the Labor Day weekend, during which I will keep everybody posted.

And, in light of the storm's possible path toward my town, the resulting outages, and the general fatigue I've had lately, I think it is best to just take this week off so I can focus on staying safe. Friends and family will need to be called/texted, possible evacuation packings and hunkerings, and a lot of line waiting for gas, medicine, and water since we'll have to be ready to leave at the drop of a hat if made to evacuate.

With this being a long form month (September) it won't be as devastating of a break. There may even be two postings this month regardless, it just depends on how things go. 

As always, I'm super-hyper-omega thankful for everyone's support and I hope to return safe and sound, rested and relaxed, ready to work yet again.
