Happy Friday Party Members!

I'm just gonna come out and say it. I love this track. 

I have a tendency to add a lot of elements into my music. But sometimes the most effective thing you can do is just keep it simple. That's the approach I took with this one. There are only 3 ingredients: guitar, strings and flute. As long as I've been doing this, I'm still amazed at how much weight a strong melody and chord progression can carry. 

I've included a special bonus in this weeks zip file. 

One of the nice things about keeping this track simple is that it really lends itself to an 8-bit version. So, that's what I did! And lo and behold, the track still works really well. Now I can't guarantee an 8-bit version of every song, but this might be something fun I throw in here and there. 

Oh and while we're on the topic I may or may not be working on something 8-bit related that I hope to release soon... 👀
