Well man, so far Wano has been a fucking TREAT. Like, this is one of the best arcs of anime ever by a god damn country mile and that's not even the half of it. The characters are incredible, the emotion I feel towards Orochi is just indescribable 🤬🤬 I love Tama, I love all the villagers, and just knowing what is going on here in Wano makes me desperate to see them liberated and free! The Beast Pirates look incredibly formidable though, and Kaido is indeed a monster who is going to be INSANE to take on. I can't wait to get to those episodes with you all!

Thank you for the act ii drops lok! Such great episodes!! I think Yasuie's death is one of the most painful scenes in One Piece. It's so heartbreaking, yet at the same time, it never fails to give me chills. He really did ignite the fire of rebellion. That scene made wano my favorite One Piece arc (so far!!) This is peak storytelling. Oppression has always been a theme in One Piece, but for some reason, it hits deeper in Wano. Maybe it’s because Oda portrayed it through the children of Wano. We’ve seen how Momo, Tama, and now Toko have suffered greatly because of Orochi and Kaido’s atrocities. And yes, I want those two dead—especially Orochi, because that guy makes my blood boil. The thing he did with the smile fruit is so evil. Some favorite scenes: - Sanji's magical girl transformation 🤣 - Law being a complete nerd about Germa - Zoro and Hyori sleeping together (and our guy being so oblivious how lucky he is?!?!!!!) - Zoro and Sanji protecting Toko 🥺

Ahhh! I don't even know where to start. Wano is one of my favorite arcs. It's just so different. I love the characters, the plotlines, and how important it is for the overall story, especially for the crew. All those subtle and bigger character developments in this arc are amazing. The beginning of Udon with Luffy and Kid is one of my favorite parts from act 2. It's a great way to start the act. It perfectly shows us how cruel the people who work under Kaido are while also giving us some hilarious scenes and the, albeit short, rivalry between those two idiots is just so good. And then we also have Luffy casually using his imprisonment as his training center. I love it. Even though act 2 starts fairly light, it takes such a drastic turn and shows us why Orochi and Kaido are monsters. Yasu...the smile fruits...just horrible. And poor Toko! I think it's one of the darkest scenes in one piece yet. It's just so eerie and sad. Sometimes it still surprises me how Oda writes those scenes. Stuff like that shows us that One Piece is and never will be a simple comedy-esque action shonen. It's deep and full of messages that not everyone is willing to talk about. It was funny to see you stressing out at the end of act 2. All those info dumps lol I love them but it's sometimes hard to digest all at once. I re-watched and read those parts a few times to really take everything in. The fact that X. Drake is still affiliated with the Marines didn't shock me tbh. In Sabaody, we were told that he was a rear admiral before he became a pirate. That's a pretty high rank and to leave that all behind to suddenly become a pirate? Also, his epithet being "red flag" seemed weird, like we were supposed to not trust him. He still did some messed up stuff but, besides Law and Bonney, he is one of the "worst generation" that intrigued me the most. Can't wait for the next part! It's backstory time and Oda never fails to deliver with those! I also really like Oden and from what we've seen so far, that man is a psycho lol but a good one. Just a free-spirited, idiotic maniac. My favorite types of characters 😁
