Omg I remember the first time I moved to the States and celebrated Thanksgiving with my friends, I was so confused. And then one of my friends told me the history of it and I was like “well damn”. But the food was amazing, it was fun! There are a lot of cool things to do in Massachusetts! You can drive to Salem and see some cool spooky/witch stuff, and it’s just an hour's drive away from Boston <3 OR you can drive to Rockport too, it’s a small town with cool views. Highly recommended!

How we celebrated Homecoming in the Midwest of the US growing up was while yes it was centralized around a sporting event. It was about alumni coming back "home" hence homecoming.

my driving instructor was the exact same lol I would drive around in the parking lot while he was grocery shopping, drove to his clients' home a lot (he was a luthier), dropped off food at his wife's work place. he is the only reason I can drive around without a map

Ramble: I knew we were on the same wavelength when you said Stick season is stuck in your head because same🙃 and Fire on fire by Sam Smith and Pink pony girl by Chappell Roan 🩷 One of the advantages of being an only child growing up is that you had the whole backseat to yourself so I basically had a bed in the car. My parents also used to do this thing where they would look back 30min into a drive to check if I was sleeping or not and they would be surprised if I was awake because most of the time I was sleeping or semi-sleeping , I think that's where my napping habit began. I don't look forward to the day I learn how to drive because my dad is the one who's most probably going to have to teach me . That man does not want one scratch on his car and I mean that literally, I'm sure he would rather buy me my own car first ,which maybe that is why he has been procrastinating teaching me for years now. I can also imagine going back to those homework maths lessons where he would say , ' K what don't you understand here this thing is easy , you're just choosing not to understand' ( K is my actual Nick name ). Now that I'm doing the same degree as him I guess I will be responsible for the math homework hopefully I don't pass on the math homework trauma most people have. 😂😂 Also my Dad's house is cursed . The lights used to flicker. I hate/hated going to my bathroom specifically because that's where I used to feel the most weird energy . I had the worst sleep paralysis while I was there. Our house got broken into twice 😭 the first time I basically intercepted the stranger at midnight(00:30) as he was approaching the TV which was next to my bedroom door( I was going downstairs for a late night snack And no I didn't learn my lesson I still went for those snacks after this happened). I mean we were almost face to face with each other 😭 I found out I'm not the fleeing type of person I am the freezing type . Second time I dreamt it ,like I literally had a vision of people breaking in but I didn't take it seriously, because I guess trauma of which I had very little of or I just dissociated( but I also get visions quite a bit but I don't take them seriously because how do you differentiate between a dream and a vision?)what do you know second time it's 3am I'm on a call with my mom but I'm hearing sounds but I was like , it's probably house sounds later that morning my half siblings ( I was an only child for 15/16 years ) wake me up telling me the TV is gone 😂😂 This mostly satisfied me because I told my dad to upgrade his security but he didn't listen, talking about he won't come again because the first time we had a break in the man ran away after I called out for my aunt when he tried to attack me .I suspect it was the same guy who broke in twice. The man just wanted the TV 😂😭😂 * I'm not a daddy's girl I was just forced to be his tail for most of my life because he was the parent who had money hence why he's mentioned a lot. Anyways that's my life 👍🏽

Homecoming is not what I thought it was at all, that’s interesting. I’m currently on season 11 of Bobs Burgers and I love Bobs love for thanksgiving, hes always very into it, talking to his turkey and making sure he makes all the good food, I love how happy it makes him lol

To the girls taking the roadtrip: if you’re heading to DC ,Northern Virginia and even Richmond are really nice places to visit! If you go in the fall there’s a nice apple orchard where they craft their own cider and they have amazing donuts! Boston is also a really nice place to visit and they have so much to do! Also as a Kia owner, I suggest a Toyota for rental 😂

That soft little "Good morning" in the beginning 😭 K being the voice of compassion is so true though for me. I have two voices...my monster who is my anxiety/doubt/depression and K who is my self love, compassion and comfort. I sometimes get sleepy driving too. One time coming home I was swerving a bit I was so tired and luckily the panic of it woke me up enough to get home LOL! Also my nugget of advice for driving...always designate yourself as the one paying the most attention. Never assume anyone knows what they're doing. Sounds mean but it'll help. I want to see K in a movie!! The funniest part though is that we may already very well have but none of us really know what he actually looks like..so we'll never know. Me forgetting constantly Thanksgiving is an American holiday. There IS a Thanksgiving song LOL it's not a traditional song, it's sung by a kid who I think used the same company as the one that produced the "It's Friday" song. I request my brother play it every year because it's unbelievably hilarious. K is fancy and makes a Turducken for Thanksgiving. I'm calling it. Spooky ghost stories from K please!?!? Could you PLEASE make this a special Halloween audio!? HELL YEA Honda! My poor old Nissan kicked the bucket recently and in a fortunate twist of fate, my dad got himself a new Honda CR-V and handed his old CR-V down to me, which for me was a huge upgrade! Hondas are fantastic. Giggling over the New York mention.. **Me just patiently waiting for my questions to be answered, even though I forget what I asked...**

There’s usually a big, accompanying dance in high school. It’s not quite as big as prom or at least it wasn’t where I went to school. IIRC, all grades can go to homecoming, whereas prom is only juniors and seniors. I could be wrong though bc I didn’t go to any of them. 😂

Making sure you have the right Driving Instructor is so important. It changes everything, your mindset, your confidence, your attitude towards driving. I am so grateful to my driving instructor, he is incredible!! He was so patient, understanding, compassionate, and helpful with me. We had so much banter and fun every lesson together. So much so that we still talk today, I passed in January and we still text almost everyday, we still have so much fun together, he even sends me memes, and I’m his designated concert ticket buyer🫶🏼 he sends me fun holiday pictures and I always show him my concert pictures. Even small things like “this reminded me of you” We have so much fun talking about Harry Styles and Taylor Swift, he lets me play Taylor Swift songs in the car and although he pretends he’s not fan, he definitely is when he’s singing it all🩷 Richard is literally my best friend, he is so kind! Took lessons and passed first try, no faults in 5 months and that’s because of his teaching. He teaches thoroughly, telling you lots of different things making sure you know what you’re doing before moving on. On my test day, I was so nervous so we drove and he bought me a tea, and then after my test we blasted Harry Styles all the way back✨ I’ve had some of the best memories driving and hope to make many more. Driving is my absolute favourite 🤍 #cuNextTuesday🚘

mine was literally basketball games and homecoming court representatives 😭 I’m from the south (yeehaw) and I went to a VERY small private school. Like I had 4 including me in my graduating class…😅 I won Homecoming Queen my senior year and we finally had enough players for a football team so from there on to now, they’ve all been at football games 😭#privateschoolprobs

I kinda got that vibe from tbh. Certain stuff that he says in his audios and to me sometimes it sounds like he has an accent. Like he’ll talk like a regular American but his inflection will go up at the end of a sentence which is unusual for Americans.
