i hate it when we fight, it's my least favorite thing we do. it's also a good reminder of how much i love you and how much I don't want to do this with anyone else.

As soon as you started talking my heart fell lmao… i used to want an argument audio with you but you always handle it so well- like, I don’t even want to ‘fight’ anymore either 😭

Trashy

Reminds me of someone, we argue then he makes a silent treatment.K, why you...?😭

CarelessBird

Another sweet treatment that i would never hear/see in real life relationships, ever

i think this is a really good representation of what healthy conflict and resolution (in any relationship) should look like. communication is key and is always the answer to solving conflict period. <3

There’s so much respect in this ‘argument.’ No drama. There’s such calmness. I love how it feels so intimate, too. In my mind’s eye, it’s 3am. We’re lying on the bed and having this ‘argument.’

I thought we’re gonna get yelled at tho 🥺

I don’t know if you’ll see this, but thank you so much, K, for doing this audio. As someone who has become so used to being yelled at instead of heard, this audio really helped me💙 Thank you.

Thank you for modeling healthy conflict resolution, this was really healing to hear. I grew up around a parent who yelled or argued their way to agreement, & it really affected the authenticity of my emotions. At the same time, you are modeling a partner who wants to understand, who wants to hear & listen instead of react, which is great, but this resolution only works when both parties are willing to work on it. Sometimes people in our life don’t listen & scream & yell regardless. I’ve been in relationships where this was the case & I was never heard. Just thinking about the audio example, where one person wants to move & the other doesn’t - this has the potential to be a deal breaker in a relationship, regardless of how much you try to understand the other’s reasoning & approach with compassion and understanding.

Omg I can relate to this (based on my experiences both from my parents and all of my previous relationships). "Getting yelled at" has always been a part of my life, that's why sometimes it's hard for me to express myself in real life. So yeah, this audio really helps me to know how to resolve problems with your SO without involving anger and the thought of "I'm right and you're wrong".
