I literally prelistened to the audio while getting ready for bed and put my laptop away and got my waterbottle ready.then got snuggled in,tuned out the world and tuned in to this recording and almost immediately fell hard-core to sleep in no time.Guess I was more tired than I thought.Ill be using this sleep aid for often.
