Yess, surprisingly the massaging does help cramps (thank you for the tip btw), but it's way more effective if someone else does it, as stated before. It's always so epic when you say that things regarding periods aren't gross; it's the reassurance and validation. I can't speak for everyone, but it truly does help with the reduction of self-conscious thoughts about periods. Ice cream: there was once a ball thing that you could do stuff with to make ice cream. 🤔

This is lovely. I always know when I'm going to be on, and every time it's a struggle to keep cramps regulated and migraines at bay. Physical touch is SO helpful for cramp prevention and the fact that you pair physical closeness with emotional closeness and reassurance that menstruation is a completely normal thing and you're supportive, that's incredible and what I wish more folks would do for the folks in their lives who experience periods.💛
