In the 21st century, the magic that can make people's clothes dissolve is called Artificial Intelligence(≧▽≦)!
Today I spent some time doing this after watching the 12th Episode. With AI's help, it is much faster to get nice results. It's about 400 frames in all but I don't have to edit them 1 by 1.
