Gymnastics Series - And how I made them (Patreon)

Good weekend! Today I'm transferring my popular gymnastics series on Pixiv to here. And, by the way, I'm giving you some exclusive information: how I used AI to create these arts. Some of you may be thinking of open pose or ControlNet, but there's very little ControlNet can do for poses like gymnastics where the form undergoes huge distortions: especially for detailed parts like fingers and toes. All of these images have a reference image, and photos of such ecchi poses are all over the internet! The original picture doesn't even need to be too clear, just enough to represent the general pose. Also, gymnasts tend to be shorter, and their head-to-body proportions are friendlier for anime-style repaints. The next step is to repaint the picture directly with ControlNet. The denoise factor should be kept relatively low, and you can try it yourself to find the best settings!
