LMAO i loved your reaction!! and i love how you're already enjoying it, even tho it's only the beginning. :') after a certain arc, things get more serious to where you're gonna miss the amount of humor the beginning has, but this just makes me feel nostalgic (re)watching it from the beginning. 😭

I feel like it only goes to show her feelings for Sasuke (at least here in the beginning) is truly surface level bc I don't think she knew anything about him at all (but correct me if i'm wrong on that, and I'm referring to before team 7 really had a closer bond, of course).

I definitely understand this, I think One Piece had so many stupid funny moments in the beginning, they're still there but it does feel more serious overall. Sad to hear it happens with Naruto too but at least I get to experience it!

ooh I'm still in the beginning of One Piece (as in the Loguetown arc lol) but the humor is up my alley. i also started Gintama and I'm kinda obsessed rn but the humor in this one is insaaane (in a good way 😂) and comedy is like its main point but it's one of those where it's mainly comedy but there are serious arcs here and there that truly hit and i always love it when an anime is a lil mix of everything (which i feel like a lot of shounen tend to be, and it's one of the reasons why i gravitate to them).
