Writing Update 01-07-2024 (Patreon)

Good evening, afternoon, or morning to all of you beautiful people. Time for another writing update.

Next on the docket is It's About Saving Yourself. My original plan was to get a leg-up on getting it written over the weekend, really start the week strong and hopefully have a couple thousand words written. Finish it up early in the week, and start writing the next chapter of Kaiju Slaying while I take a few days to refine and edit the chapter so it is at its best for posting.

Unfortunately, as I said when I posted Ch 8 of Kaiju slaying, I was informed with very little notice that I was going out of town. Not only that, but I was working pretty much from sunup to sundown on both Saturday and Sunday. That threw a bit of a wrench in the works there.

Still, I was able to get eight hundred words down on the page!

No I'm not crying, you are!

On a more serious note. I'm not saying this as an excuse, I fully plan to do my outmost to get it written and ready. I am going to, as I like to say, buckle my fuckle and put the nose to the grindstone, and see about getting the chapter finished for this weekend. But do keep in mind, I might not be able to manage that and maintain a standard of quality I find acceptable.

But by golly, I intend to try.

Actually, legitimate question. Do you guys want these weekly? Should I do one every two weeks? What works best for you lot? Drop me a comment and let me know.

Here is a picture of my Blackstone Fortress Traitor Guard. I have a fully painted Blackstone Fortress set, and uhh...getting it all painted took me longer than I am comfortable admitting.

Hope you guys think it's as cool as I think it is. Because if you don't...well okay, that's fair. We all have our tastes.
