“When will my reflection show how trapped I am inside?”

A frame from the animation. I’m rendering the same scene twice, then manually clipping out parts to overlay into the scene. I’m quite happy with the reflect and think it conveys a real sense of fear and anxiety and conveys that I’m trapped but aware inside.
