A moment of your time?

I’ve seen many Patreon profiles where people only focus on how the rewards help them reach new levels with their work or benefits them. But I want to know how to improve your experience as my Patreon, and what could benefit you. You all are wonderful, and I know you want me to succeed (or at the very least, push out more artwork), but I want to make sure that both of us are benefitting from this!

Is there anything you'd like to see from me here? A suggestion box? Mini blogs? A Discord server? Project updates? Or have you become a patron only to support me (you're the real MVP)?

I have a lot of fun projects, including real goals, under consideration for 2019 and we're not even there yet. But I want to make sure everyone feels like their pledge is worth it going into the new year, too! When I focus on service to you, my work is more expansive and impactful; increased pledges and new supporters are a byproduct of that focus. Let me know if you have any comments or suggestions on how to improve my Patreon in the comments below.

Take care!

To be honest, I just really enjoyed your art and streams. They are both fun and entertaining, so I thought it would be nice to help and support that.

It took me a while to think of something, since you're already providing such an enjoyable experience here on your Patreon and elsewhere! However, if I had to think of something, I think it would be cool to see more speedpaints of the pieces that you're not able to stream. I know you're not always able to stream, and it simply wouldn't be feasible to stream every work you do, but it's still cool to see the creative process through a speedpaint. And I think I remember you saying that Procreate has a feature that automatically records the process for you. Whatever you decide to do, we're still gonna be here for you, Qal! Keep up the great work!

content (you enjoy making) trumps all!

I love the little bits, sketches, concept things and such. One of the things I've seen artists do is to get too involved/worked up about patreon 'promises', streams and such, which hurts their work and could burn them out. This is way bad. As Ztipa said above, what you enjoy making is most important. Patreon things like sketches, WIP, concepts or drabbles are great, we get to see your process and thots, and it doesn't take much time/effort away from your normal stuff. Big time win/win! And, because it's not a big hassle, it's easy to offer at a small tier, for those of us either on a budget, or that prefer to sponsor many artists/writers. (I support 37 on Patreon. Artists, webcomics, authors, homeless. About a third are Zoot folks, and some of my furry friends from way back in the '90s.) Having meaningful (but easy for you!) content for the $1-$10 range is really great for folks like me. Thanks again for delightful bits of our favorite characters! God bless, Stubat

I couldn’t agree more with these fellow patrons. As long as you’re content with what you’re making, we’re just as happy as you are! *Cough*Discord*Cough

Thank you Mach Fox! The problem with Discord is that I have no clue what to do with it, nor the time to mod it lol. I have a feeling most people that follow me are a member of one of the 5+ servers that already exist XD
