Well if you watched the show and remember correctly, the Celestial Dragon that shot the Fishman Queen is the one who hit the other celestial dragon, the same one Luffy hit on Sabaody. So the Celestial Dragon that killed Otohime is the one the defended Shirahoshi, the one after Shirahoshi was the one Luffy punched.
