First off, get me a detective outfit because I'm about to be Watari for Halloween 🤣 I already know I will be talking about Carmen San Diego waaaaaaaay too much throughout this anime 🕵️‍♀️ (iykyk).

Ohhhhhhh baby! Things are getting spicy!! L vs Light... I'm here for every single mind game and chess move coming my way! It only took Light 1 episode to fall off his own morality wagon though.... to me, the part near the end seems incredibly impulsive, but what do you think? Would you have responded in the same way as Light??

Love it! Love watching you both! I actually watched the Live action movie version of this show before I knew that there was actually an anime. The shinigamis in the live action movie was well made for a 2006 cgi. This is a long series so have an exciting journey ahead! Edit: I watched the 2006 live action movie from Japan not the one from Netflix. I haven't watch that one yet.

Oh, it has been an ego thing since episode 1 lol. I mean with Light saying things like "I will be the god of the new world," "no else is better suited to this role than me" you gotta think Light might just be a weeee bit of a narcissist 😂. Like, he was ready to sit back and watch fake L make his little speech, but as soon as that man said Light, our new lord and savior, was "evil" on live television - my boy was Triggered. Definitely impulsive and a big oopsie on his part. And yes, Adam was right about the notebook: you can see Ryuk if you touch it but you're only stuck in limbo(?) once you actually use it.

I definitely would not have taken the bait because I'm too much of a wimp to act under pressure like that 😅 I'd definitely take my time to protect my anonymity above trying to take out my opponent. The challenge is for him to find me; I have no need to.. take care of him.

i think it’s whoever touched the notebook can see the shinigami not that they don’t go to heaven or hell :) but if i’m wrong, someone can correct me.

it was more like an american kids horror remake of death note so don’t expect much and go in with low expectations

I'm pretty sure it's the one who uses the death note would be not allowed to enter heaven nor hell. If other person touch it but not use it, they would be able to see & hear the shinigamis but only if they use the notebook then that's the price they would have to pay, no heaven nor hell for them.

what stands out to me is how last ep he said he was bored so he tried it and how his student life is now its like, hes going to school, not hanging out with friends always in his room studying.. and adam mentioned how he should listen to what he is reading in class (when he read a passage) and im like if hes a smart student youd think he'd try and like to learn about what hes learning.. hes an example of someone whos just studying just cause like a robot and also his daily life is just boring.. So it just happened that the death note was there and made him curious.. Now id like to imagine what if it was something else that brought him curiosity like a freaking sport or something lol would that've had a better outcome in his life? or what if he really is just a dark person and using the deathnote makes him feel something.... I also see a lot of self justice like he thinks hes a hero and you can see him spiral into obsession
