Really didn't know what to call this one but I guess this is the most greedy i've got putting dicks and pussies everywhere.

Got inspired by @_hakidamari's works.

I've been following hakidamari for a long time (even commissioned them a drawing), and their specialty isn't quite "grow pussies and dicks everywhere"; it's rather replacing body parts with those that represent lust to express it aloud, and to mix-and-match them in ways that creates tons of chaos in the body structure. (In fact he draws lewd mouths with thicc lips and big tongues way more than meaty dicks and pussies; there are even dick-mouths, aka dick with a thicc mouth replacing the cock.) Meanwhile, the females involved often expresses sexual lust with these body parts so blatant they look like they want to "devour" each other, literally. Also, as they draw body parts very meatily so the veins and wrinkles are rarely seen, and it often looks like a pile of meat having sex while expressing the lust in trans-human ways. So I'd say, good try, but could be better :P There are also tons of other related artists specialized in body modifications and stuff if you're interested.

I guess this is just my own take on it then. I say "inspired" because I got motivated to draw this by viewing their art. I never intended to 1:1 copy their essence into this drawing at all, rather derive.
