I think the truths are mostly true, but some are exaggerated. Like sister loves her but is upset she needs to much help and comes out the most extreme. The one guy was def a r**ist tho, so it did some good.

We meet the alpha vamp in the next season and again in s12 – when he gets killed, but yes that plot didn't really go anywhere, it's just introduced as a piece of the puzzle to do with Crowley looking for a way into Purgatory so he and Cas can raid it for souls. The trial is 7.04 Defending Your Life!
