Unfortunately, there is no episode order that isn't a mess...for example they shot episodes in which certain characters meet for the first time, then they found out the network was going to broadcast them out of order, so they went and overdubbed the line “good to see you again” to fix the continuity issue, but then the network changed the air order *again* making the “good to see you again” the first meeting(you’ll know it when you see it… As far as Galen’s comings and goings, the show isn't really intended to cover as much of a regular/tight scheduled amount of time the way b5 was...galen is assumed to be leaving and coming back regularly anyway so while technically his leaving was supposed to be “in order”, it doesn’t mess up too much that he’s there again because the time in between episodes varies. The telepath that Matheson helps in psy-corps base was originally going to be Lyta...but the actress had scheduling conflicts and wasn’t available...they hand-wave it as she’s just some resistance leader instead… But if you think back to the revelation in b5 about what Lyta was made to be by the vorlons, and what we see happen to the Psy-Corps base at the end of Matheson’s flashback...well you can draw your own conclusions…but it seems obvious to me... Isabels message wasn’t necessarily that the purpose of everything is love...it was just her sending a message that was to be proof that there *is* some meaning and reason behind everything...not *what* that meaning/reason is...I interpreted it as she was just sending galen her love...
