Zee makes her debut!

I've known what kinda animal Zee would be pretty much since I started seriously working on Fuzzbutts, buuuut I held off on designing her cuz I knew her colors and markings would be a challenge. She's a bongo antelope! Still not 100% married to this design, but I think it turned out decent. :> Zee is in her mid-twenties.

Esperanza Pride ("Ranzie" to family, "Zee" to friends) is a pianist, singer, and head choreographer at the historic Rainbow Road Theatre. Zee is passionate, creative, and dedicated, all of which are necessary for her profession, because turns out city folk aren't too keen on supporting local theatre. Zee is constantly trying to secure performers and market events to convince all the uncultured jerks out there to patronize the aging theatre. Rainbow Road was (and still is) Zee's first true love, ever since she first saw Annie performed there as a wee calf. To this day Zee remains a theatre kid through and through, prone to theatrics and loudly bursting into song as the mood strikes her. She is remarkably skilled at music production and dance, and could probably make it into big league musical theatre if she weren't so loyally (or stubbornly, one could say) committed to shabby ol' Rainbow Road.

Rainbow Road theatre has a habit of picking up strays. One of its newest performers is an aloof young dancer named Lune. His sister, Victoria, as a show of support, has begun lending her impressive fine art skills to aid in set/prop design, for which Zee is deeply grateful. Zee is quickly befriending the skittish (though incredibly sweet) young doe.....though Victoria's brother appears to be a harder nut to crack. Both deerfolk, for all their talent, seem to be shrouded in mystery.

Hmm. 'Ol Ranzie's gonna figure those two dweebs out, or die trying.
