Bruce is a bad tutor, but tbf Jupiter is a worse student

had the idea that jupe’s parents are rather impressed with Bruce, who has already progressed to graduate studies despite being the exact same age as Jupiter. So they kick Bruce a wad of cash to keep their dear distractible son on course and be his study buddy (read: make sure Jupe doesn’t flunk college calc for the third time). Bruce does actually give this an honest shot, considering himself to be a stern but fair tutor. Jupe disagrees, and has gotten pretty good at distracting his grumpy grumbling study buddy.
