It is a PDF in the game files. You should be able to right click the game in steam to view the local files

The end of a truly amazing and loved era. It’s a bittersweet feeling to know that this is the end all to sunset bird, but it’s so beautiful that you can close this chapter and finally view it in its complete .. well, completion 🫶 Congrats GB Patch and Co., this game may have just received its final piece of content, but it will garner new fans and more love for many years to come. 🫶 Here’s to Sunset Bird 🫶🥂

It actually made me tear up a little to read that it's officially over, but things can't last forever, especially because if something gets dragged on too much then it will lose what made that thing good in the first place. It was a nice summer vacation, that's for sure.

People on Kickstarter got it as a perk for backing the old OL1 campaign, but it wasn't available to buy off Itch or Steam until now!
