[Keys are only being sent out in September, 2022]

Hello! Thank you so much for supporting us on Tier 3 and up. As a special bonus reward for this month, we've given everyone Steam and Itch keys for the Derek DLC ✨ 

The keys were sent through a secondary GB Patch email, it isn't from Patreon directly.

Look for this email: gb.patch.games.apply@gmail.com

And please make sure you check your spam folder, promotions, social, and any other location an email might've automatically filtered into besides your primary mailbox.

You can add the DLC to your account as soon as you see the email, but you won't be able to play the Derek DLC until it goes live on September 29th!

On Steam, the files won't automatically download/be updated until the launch. For Itch, please wait until after the launch before downloading/updating the files on your own. You'll only get the older versions otherwise.

How to add a DLC on Steam:

Download the free base game for Our Life on Steam if you haven't yet, go to your Steam library, click the "ADD A GAME" button, choose to "activate a product on Steam", paste the string of numbers/letters mentioned in the email into the product code box, and then hit "next" to active it. 

How to add a DLC on Itch for Windows/Mac/Linux:

Download the free base game for Our Life on Itch if you haven't yet, extract the Our Life file to get the Our Life folder if you haven't yet, click the link sent in the email to claim the DLC on Itch (you'll need an Itch account), download the rpa file, take the rpa file and place it inside the "game" folder in the main "Our Life" folder.

You don't need to open or exact the DLC rpa file like you do with a zip file. It just needs to be moved into the right place exactly as it is.

How to add a DLC on Itch for Android:

Click the link sent in the email to claim the DLC on Itch, install the Derek DLC apk, install any other DLC apk you own, and end the process by downloading the base game Our Life apk.

I got the email but when I click on the itch.io version it's does go to itch.io but then it says Download [Coming Soon Page!] ​Our Life: Beginnings & Always - Derek's Story so yeah I get we need to wait until tomorrow! btw I know this DLC will be awesome like you guys!

I never received the email. I searched the "all emails", spam And manually scrolled through each folder. All I found was the patron email notification that it was sent and the email for the wedding dlc.

I checked your account and you're not at a high enough tier currently. Decreasing your pledge at some point meant your email didn't come up as being part of that tier group when we collected and sent out the email. That's why you didn't get it. But I've sent you new keys through DM!

Is there a specific Keyword to find it? I used various words and looked everywhere in my email but nothing, I even tried to write Katelyn or the email used to send them so I was curious to know if there was another keyword to use to find the Derek DLC Key, even because the last email I received about it is this one and nothing else. I don't really like the idea of asking for help again after the Wedding DLC issue but I don't know what to do 😅

Did you check in spam or were you looking in the main folder or trash? Searching in those places using the search bar won't work. Your email is on the list and had keys generated/sent. But the email might be deleted automatically now since it did go to most people's spam. I sent it to you through DM!

I actually looked in every folder to be extra sure, I didn't wanted to ask for the keys again so I checked every folder from the important to the spam for a few days. Next time if there will be other keys I will check immediately the spam to be sure it doesn't get deleted. It could be that it get deleted because when I receive the key I'm sleeping considering the time zone.

Hi! I'm uh, shamefully late in checking for the DLC key so there's a good chance that if it did wind up in spam, it got deleted. Just to be sure, I checked in the regular inbox, spam and bin for the gb patch email, Katelyn, and other keywords like derek and dlc. I also checked itch to see if I already claimed it and immediately forgotten, but it doesn't look like I've claimed it

Hi, I am regrettably late to checking in and seeing this, and there is a good chance the email went to my spam and got deleted. I looked through all my folders and I couldn't find anything from Katelyn, and I tried searching for other keywords. Is there any way I could still get the key?
