REDO - The rules (Patreon)

I'm not so sure about this one, still looks off to me and I also just feel like everything about Covid-19 is too political now, so maybe it's best I don't continue this one any further.

Only reason why I redid it was because I was bored and hoped I could make this piece like how I imagined it, which didn't happen :Þ
