Event progress and a new NPC (Patreon)

Heya!

I've been working hard on writing and drawing the new event. It's going well so far and I'm pretty happy how it's turning out.

You can see in the above image what I've done so far.

I also added a new NPC for Piratetown. He introduces you to what is happening in one of the buildings in Piratetown. It's very WIP so there's not much there, but the NPC is ready!
