Michael Emerson named this episode as his favorite to film because it was fun having the baby on set. I love the speed it goes to adorable wacky baby hijinks to Reese on a rampage and Elias and that freezer truck. Leila actually dying would be such a dark turn for any show but they kept making a big deal about her bronchitis in the beginning there was a tiny possibility in my head that they'd have her lungs be too weak to take it. I understand Carter being fed up. Of course you save the baby but Reese and Finch could've used police instead of trying to move the grandparents and Leila to the safe house (and Carter doesn't even know they have Fusco as a resource and didn't use him.) Reese could've had her as backup on the meet to get Leila and Elias may not have gotten the drop on Reese. She said throughout the episode she wasn't comfortable with it and Leila ended up in a freezer and her friend got shot. I love the callback to 1x4 by Finch going by "Dr Tillman ".

Got to hand it to Elias, its pretty genius to threaten to freeze a child to death to get information out of a goody vigilante.
