This didn't match the previous episode in quality but I think the character developments we get in this one make it worthwhile. Finch and Reese get to a new level in their partnership and although Fusco is working for Reese, he and Carter begin theirs. We also get to see Fusco come through and being an actual cop and not pulling anything on Reese.

All right episode sandwiched between the real gem... those Reese & Finch diner scenes. Bookending their slow steps towards a kind of real trust in their partnership.

I do love the building of the Reese and Finch partnership in this ep. Little things which are huge steps for them.
