buona domenica! 

Io mi sono ripresa dal primo evento del 2022 con il pubblico; un Carnevale che ha reso tanti bambini gioiosi ed anche le famiglie. 

Avevamo bisogno di normalità; alla fine il costume della coccinella non l'ho potuto usare ma mi sono vestita da carta da gioco.

Ma veniamo a noi e a questa domenica, ho bisogno di relax ( non ho più l'età per fare baldoria :-)) e in preparazione di quello che andrò a fare martedi, mercoledi e giovedi, vi racconto qualche notizia che ho imparato domenica scorsa a proposito di saune e i vari tipi.

Cosa andrò però a fare? 

Un corso per diventare " Maestri di sauna" e chi loi sa, potreste magari un domani ritrovarmi a farvi un Aufguss o qualche rito della sauna russa o ancora prepararvi uno scrub e perchè non farvi un massaggio rilassante.

Siete pronti a scoprire qualcosa in più? Mettetevi un asciugamano e lasciatevi trasposrtare dai miei racconti, ne uscirete rilassati!

have a nice Sunday! 

I recovered from the first event of 2022 with the public; a Carnival that made many children joyful and families too. We needed normality; in the end I couldn't use the ladybug costume but I dressed up as a playing card.

But let's come to us and this Sunday, I need to relax (I'm no longer old to party :-)) and in preparation for what I'm going to do on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, I'll tell you some news I learned last Sunday about saunas and the various types.

But what am I going to do?

 A course to become "Sauna Masters" and who knows, maybe one day you could find me having an Aufguss or some Russian sauna ritual or even preparing a scrub and why not having a relaxing massage.

Are you ready to discover something more? Put on a towel and let yourself be carried away by my stories, you will come out relaxed!
