I had a narrative for this picture involving Emma watching the show and pleasuring Sam at the same time, but realized before posting that given her shapeshifting powers she could probably just open up an eye on her knee or on the other side of her head or something, and did not need to detach her head.

This could work as an alternate version of the first time that Sam learns that his girlfriend is an alien, in a very shocking way.
