Podcast Update - Rating Meh anim - Final ver.1 (Patreon)

Done in Animate CC, animated on 2's and 3's. Simpler than the Spoiler Warning anim of Feminine, that little mer.

Kept it simple, but at the same time with the pose she's in, I felt like she needed a proper enter and exit animations, instead of her scaling in like how 'Entertained' does. I actually really like how her exit came out.

"Meh" is one of the common feelings I get after seeing a movie overall, mostly for film where while I don't like it, but I don't dislike it either. Doesn't insight much provocative thought, nor does it make me feel dumb. "Meh" is a very common vibe I get after see an average or so-so film that didn't quite entertain me at the least.

Let me know what you guys think!  I might be doing 'bored' next, but lately a couple things made me really happy I watched, so I should probably do one for that soon.
