They collab with WIT on all of Spy x Family, and they've also done Wind Breaker, Bocchi the rock, Bunny girl senpai, Horimiya, my dress up darling and collabed with Trigger on Darling in the Franxx. What we DONT talk about is promised neverland S2 which they also did....Loved this episode a lot though, twist was insane. I swear they just cast gojo's VA as everyone now lmao

Women be going through it in times of war. That poor girl. But great reaction guys!! I’m a little iffy about the pacing as well, the tone shift felt drastic. but I can kinda understand it. If Takauji is the main villain there’s no need to stretch it if they have a lot more to cover. Plus we got a good feel for the mc and where the story will go. Animation is amazing. Cant wait to see where this goes.

This is going to end in a tragedy isn't it? I'm not an expert on Japanese history and never heard of Tokiyuki, but I know enough to have heard the name Ashikaga and know that the Ashikaga Shogunate lasted from the 14th century until the 16th century when good old Nobunaga rolled around.

NGL, I've read a few chapters up to beyond this episode when the manga came out in 2021. It never got my interest. But seeing it animated, it feels like Demon Slayer to me. I say that because Demon Slayer is so much better animated than reading it in manga. I'm getting the same vibes after seeing the animation for this.

Ngl I saw the "triforce" in the trailer for this and got super excited, but as it turns out the Triforce from TLoZ was actually based on the mon of the Hojo clan which has the same shape. Don't know if the parts of the triforce (Power, Wisdom, and Courage) were derived from anything related to the clan, but I'd like to think it'd be a nice callback seeing as any good leader would possess those characteristics.

Wasn't Kyoko the other one with eyes closed, the one kicking the ball?. During the scenes where everyone died, you can see her/him laying down dead and on top it said that she/him was raped and killed. That's fucked up

No Kyoko was the one who wanted to marry Tokiyuki. The one who kicked the ball was Tokiyuki's half brother. I had to read the first chapter in the manga cuz I missed quite a few details, but basically the ball coming down and being a head symbolized Tokiyuki's brother (the kid kicking the ball) getting beheaded a month later when they got attacked.

I didn't know anything about this show. The only thing I knew was multiple comment from twitter saying this anime will turn straight men gay, and it showed a scene. After watching this, I can some what get it. That expression the MC was making after coming back up, is pretty hot/lewd. I still probably won't watch the anime, but glad it's pretty good.

Sure somebody probably pointed this out already, but the scene where Sheera's crush diced dude up was not metaphorical. He actually did that and that was the show's way of showing you how much of a problem he is. He literally cut him up and sheathed his sword before buddy realized he was dead. That's like a classic anime sword move lol.
