WE HAVE RETURNED WITH THE HOME INVASION SHOW. We knew that y'all couldn't resist. I only watched around 8 episodes but I'll continue with you guys. It's obvious there's some fuckery going on here since episode 1 where everyone just casually mention dying and having multiple lives.

I love you guys, but it's ironic that you dropped an anime to watch another anime that you had already dropped because it wasn't to your taste and because it wasn't an anime worth reacting to. I can't decide what you have to do, because you decide what to watch and what not to watch. Also this won't change the fact that I will continue to watch you guys because you are wonderful people.

Glad that y'all picked up Delicious in Dungeon again, but sad that Slime is off the menu. I hope you guys will re-assess once the season is over, as it looks like 8bit put the most effort and budget into the 2nd half of the season. The last episode was also the best of the season so far.

Just because there's no action doesn't mean nothing happened though. SPOILERS: - We see the colosseum nearing completion, and how the eurazania refugees helped with the construction. - We see how the refugee housing was moved into the labyrinth, and how the refugees get in and out of the labyrinth through the basement door under the colosseum. - We get to see more of Kurobe's workshop, and his Unique Skill. - We see how Veldora's aura problem get solved, and now he has a job and housing. This was a great development, as after Veldora was freed from the Infinite Prison, he hasn't done anything aside from showing up at Walpurgis. This is a good chance for him to get more interesting screentime aside from "lay on a couch and read manga" - We get a lot more imagery and information on how the dungeon will work, and its really cool to see Ramiris, Veldora, Myourmiles, and Rimuru brainstorm and work together on nailing the details of the dungeon. - Milim is also back in the show! All in all, the worldbuilding in the latest episode was done spectacularly, and it was great to see more of the capital city of Rimuru.

Yeah I'm glad they're going back to Dungeon Meshi, but I'm also sad they dropped Slime. I get that not everyone likes the slower-paced world building, but it's something I really love, and I thought the later episodes would make up for the slow pace stuff for them. It's all good though, I understand. I wouldn't want them watching stuff they don't like.

I agree. Action isn't everything. The world-building was beautifully done in my opinion. I always felt that if there's not enough world-building, then the story just lacks. It's kind of like backstories. Some people think having characters backstories gets boring, but I personally think it helps give the main story meaning.

To be fair, it's simply because Dungeon Meshi picks up hella in the later bits of the season, while Slime seemingly has stayed to its course with mostly just exposition and dialogue. I don't think they'll indefinitely drop Slime though because all this build up isn't for nothing, but I'm definitely more excited for Meshi than Slime at this point.

Nobody thinks world building or character development is bad or boring. I don't get why Slime fans overuse this point like they're the first to ever create the concept of world building lol...the problem is it's done POORLY or not in an engaging way as a viewer. When I watch reactors watching other dialogue focused anime they are more interested by the information because the creator actually puts more effort than just typing up a word doc and placing it over still frames of sitting at a table. We know world building is good, slime is just doing a poor job of it, people aren't just dropping it for no reason.

But the worldbuilding was done really really well last episode; top tier. Very dynamic with new backgrounds, locations, and ideas. I agree there should've been more effort done with the worldbuilding in the 1st cour, but it is what it is.

Maybe it was done well recently I haven't see it yet but it's just the inconsistency, I personally can't handle 3, 4, 5~ poorly done (in my opinion) world building episodes in a row, just to have 1 or 2 good ones after...

This season has definitely been inconsistent, but it should be smooth sailing from here on out. 8bit outsourced most of the episodes from the first cour to other studios, while focusing on the 2nd cour themselves. I think Slime's 3rd season wouldve been much better received if it was binged, instead of waiting week to week.

It's always good. The problem is the main plot hook doesn't feel like it has the urgency it deserves. Th great thing is that all is paid off for good and bad.

Having special interests doesn't make you autistic. You wouldn't call a chef who likes cooking autistic or a scientist autistic for liking science. They're coded like their DnD counterparts. Laios however has a special something that people with autism relate to.

I am thinking of what he found out they hold muscle memory so of course one would be in the swords to remember how to swing itself from all the fights. the rest focus on the everything else. so he kind now has a sword with who knows many sword techniques. he found a rare item/animal. if he told them that they would have to kill it and all that cheating power would die remember it was guarding the eggs directly so the creature is op. and he "own"it this could be bad one day he hast got this cheat sword and if he doesn't train and rely on it he will die again. thought it seems dying here is like in games where you just pay to be revived
