Yall are starting to misread several plot points. That dragon that flew over was one of the tiny ones the lunatic magician made when they first ran into him, and it’s acting as eyes for the magician as it looks for them. Laios isn’t crazy good at magic, he just has a similar affinity as his sister, as in he can see spirits. I’m guessing it just runs in their family. The spirits that choose to show themselves to people don’t choose who sees them, they just switch out of invisibility, but since Laios started using his magic, he’s able to perceive them now even when they are invisible. Even Marcille can’t do that. The groups they run into that have their old members isn’t random, most people never get as far as they currently are at, and it’s because of politics and personal emotions that so many groups are as deep as they all are. Falin’s design is crazy cool, and it has symbolic imagery that ties into other things you have seen and have yet to see. And I’m voting for Dead Dead Demons Dededede Destruction after this show is done, it’s peak creativity.

Yeah, I think they're forgetting how Falin discovered her affinity for magic due to the whole ghost encounter, and that she can see spirits. Makes sense that Laios would have similar ability once his magic potential is awakened.

Remember the attack the lunatic magician did in their encounter, there were several mini blood dragons, which also share vision with the magician. It was one of those that flew by them on the street. Falin is a different creature now.

A way to understand Laios is to think of him having adhd. He comes up with the explanation all in his head, and only speaks aloud the solution he comes up with.

The prevailing theory is that he might be on the autistic spectrum. His lack of social cues, intense obsessive fascination with monsters and not knowing when people dislike him are the main reasons for this implication. That said, it's never been adressed by the author, so it's just a theory in the fandom. All of those aspects could also stem from other things, but I don't think ADHD really explains most of it.

ADHD and Autism are sibling disorders. They have significant overlap and often go hand in hand with one another. People with Autism usually show many signs of ADHD, so it could be possible you have Autism and just don't know, as it's hard to diagnose either due to the overlap. Laios definitely shows an extreme amount of traits that go hand and hand with autism, and the creator has made a manga in the past with an autistic lead, so it wouldn't be surprising to see traits of that here, even though the author has said otherwise.

Maybe I'm crazy, but I'm pretty sure the author has already said that Laios isn't autistic. I think I heard that, in an interview the author was asked if Laois had autism and they confirmed that Laois doesn't have anything especially different about him, and that that's just the way he is. I never saw nor read the article though, just heard that a bunch of people were disappointed about it. I mean people can probably just go way out of their way to still view it like that, but I think at that point they're just delusional xD But, maybe the author will change their mind to appease the fans and make it factual later on or something.

i do believe she has said it's meant to be implied for him to be "neurodivergent" (that's not the word she used though since she speaks Japanese) in some way, though i don't believe she specified what. and definitely it feels a lot like autism, it's very clear a big part of his character is not understanding social cues or situations with people while understanding monsters better (similar to autistic people connecting with animals/pets more than the people around them).
