In this video, I dive into the male pelvic floor, breaking down the anatomy and function of the pelvic floor muscles for those with penises. I’ll explain how the nerves in this region work and how they communicate with the muscles, as well as how neighboring body and organ systems interact with each other. We’ll explore the brain’s role in shaping our body’s protection responses and pain, and how context, emotions, thoughts, and past experiences influence how our bodies feel and behave. I have had bilateral SI Joint fusions. L5-S1 ALIF. T8 vertebroplasty. I still experience horrendous pain from T-spine down to my calves. I am curious if there's a presentation or discussion available for all nerve roots that innervate the pelvic floor from all levels of the spine?

My back noticeably swells in that region. It starts almost near C7/T1 and continues down. I receive monthly trigger point injections in that region

not sure what "erectile reflexes" means; I have had issues in my T-L Junction. I haven't had erection issues per se, but I've felt some pain in the pelvic area during arousal. 2-3 on a 10 scale and not all the time.
