Five years ago, I began my journey to become an AASECT Certified Sexuality Counselor and Educator, and it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life—both personally and professionally.

I love creating a space where I can talk openly and honestly about sexuality with my patients. For so many of us, fears and anxieties around sex get bottled up, creating significant distress and angst in our lives. But when we start talking about it, everything changes.
