GTA V apartment (modern style) [Gmod / SFM] (Patreon)

Apartments GTA V Online, in the style of Modern. The map is suitable for both Garry's Mod and Source Filmmaker.

To fix the skybox and mirror (for sfm), there is a folder "_unique_resources" in it you can find textures unique to the game. Put them in the correct folder with replacement.

The mirror is very much "eats" fps, as usual, I added a trigger that includes it. For SFM you can activate the mirror by entering the command ent_fire mirror_modern toggle  This command turns on or off the bathroom mirror.
