Whenever a model turns away from my camera, like Anna in this photo, I wonder what she might be thinking about...
Some might think about their lovers or the message they need to reply to on the mobile; some might think about the next pose to strike; some about the fantasies the photographer might nurture about her.
Anna confessed to me she really liked the thrill of posing nude in front of a photographer, but this didn't last very long.
Whatever she was thinking, I'm glad she kept still for long enough to allow me to shoot this picture, so we can wonder about what she was thinking.
