Not sure this necessarily reflects my mood... though this is how most of us fellas greet the morning ☀️ 

I’ll skip yesterday morning, since I drank rather a lot and didn’t get up in time to go for the planned walk in the hills (only one out of four of us actually did!) 😂 I then mainly bummed around the house. However, in the afternoon, we did summon the energy to head out to Scotland’s secret bunker (a museum in one of the many underground nuclear control centres from the Cold War). As such, you should be seeing a pic of a Sam 2 along with the others... in a not too dissimilar pose to the Sam 1 above 😉

It was interesting... though you might be surprised to know that I’m not a major fan of military history (I prefer mine made up 👨🏼‍🚀). After that we ventured out to the pub... a very nice place with a whole load of chatty staff, locals and tourists alike! Cellardyke is an almost preternaturally friendly place... I half feel like a local, since I can rarely walk down the street without seeing someone I’ve chatted to before. This is not normal for someone from London 🤩

Anyway - I’m coming back down tomorrow (7 hour journey 😭) - and I’m so excited about getting back to working on the SpaceCorps artwork that the Sam pic might reflect my mood after all! 🍆 You’ll be getting the first of the Quarter Final characters tomorrow as well, so I shall see you then 😁
