The latest news about TMS are here and they are... mixed.
We made some progress early in the month but mostly we have been dealing with the fallout of my very own spectacular blunder. We had one hard drive fail earlier in the month, which normally wouldn't have been much of an issue since we got backups of backups but of course this had to be my potato laptop which is the one computer I never bother to back-up and as it turned out had the only copies of my script, code and edited renders. We have mostly been busy rebuilding what we lost; we still have all the raw renders which are the biggest deal overall and at least a 2 month old copy of the code and we may even get the original back (first company we went to for recovery said it was possible and than proceeded to ask for an obscene amount of time and money to get it done; we are now dealing with company number 2 which appear to be more reasonable 🤞)
It goes without saying I am been banging my head against the wall for some time. Somehow I just assumed I had back up copies somewhere 😓; I guess we should consider ourselves lucky we have all we need to put it all back together, except maybe time that is.
We'll have another update by the end of the month hopefully with better news.
