Secret Rae x Naomi scene: Rae must be upside down on the sofa, watching the TV. Engage in throatfuck with her. Select “keep pounding her” at least once, you may need to repeat this selection to three times. Naomi will appear with a silent proposition. If you don’t send her away, she’ll be ready to repeat the act once a week or so.

You can use the patches to upgrade any version beginning with 0.7.11a1 to version 0.7.12b1, just make sure to get the right flavour (hi-res/compressed).
To use a patch, place the .exe file into the game’s root folder and launch it.
