0.7.13 Alpha should be ready late next week, and lots of fun stuff is coming with it! 

New random encounters while chilling.

Blair trying once again to reconnect with her past, and not saying nae to some fun in the meantime.

Not to mention the new fully animated shower scenes with the girls, with your hands sliding gently down their shoulders, caressing their waists, going even lower... You get the idea.

And a bit later, Halloween is coming to the House proper! Expect costumes, trick or treating, games and challenges, and lots of shenanigans!
